the accuracy of the predictions, and the essential character reading of the subject, without which no prediction can hope to be correct, depend very much on a comprehensive analysis of the entire hand. For instance, someone with a short square hand with short square fingers will have a very different attitude to life than a person with long fingers on a long thin hand. The long hand is more a sign of the dreamy deep thinking sort, and the short hand and fingers is more likely to belong to the more practical down to earth individual. The man or woman with a thumb that is very flexible and bends back is the generous laid back easy natured person, but those whose thumbs are rigid and stiff are more the stickler for rules, and with a strong moral concience.
The colour of the hands is of importance as well, particularly when it comes to assessing the robustness of the clients health, and the generalities of their temperament. Like wise the shape and height of the mounts on the hand can be of great import in making an accurate Palmistry Reading. Another thing that the experienced palmist knows is that the lines on a square hand can mean something different than the lines on a conic, or long hand. For example, the headline on a square hand runs typically across the palm, but on a conic hand it slopes, because the slope indicates the extra immaginativeness that the typical conic handed individual has, but the sloping headline on a square hand is actually a sign of greater imaginative powers than the same sign on the conic hand, because it runs contrary to the nature of the hand. Such a person is more likely to become a famous artist than the conic handed individual because the square hand gives the application that is often the most necessary ingredient of success.

Update on the "Talking Cows". Not Wikipedia.

Since I first brought to the attention of the world the story of the "Talking Cows" of Kilmagrahy I have been inundated with requests for news of the Bovine Oracles. Apparently the general public have an inexhaustable appetite for news of these remarkable animals, and it is with that in mind that I am publishing this update.
The "Talking Cows" of Kilmagrahy first came to my notice about thirty seven years ago , when I was but a lad, and many years before I became the famous Online Palmistry Expert and Secret Historian that I have subsequently become. The story of how I made the acquaintance of these wise animals is detailed in my blog post, The Talking Cows Of Kilmagrahy. Not Wikipedia, which can be perused if you care to flick through this blog. I tell of how I visited the Cows on their remote mountain in the south west of Ireland, and of how they made some interesting, but not wholly accurate predictions of my future. They said that I would go to live in London, which was true, and that I would win the national lottery, which hasnt happened yet.
I have since discovered that the reason for their partially inaccurate assesment of my life prospects was, and this is the sad bit, that they were both in the first stages of Bovine Senility. The incorrect prophecy about the lottery was the first sign of the decline in their hitherto infallible record in foretelling the future. Afterwards their descent into complete and blinding dementia meant that they had to be retired. The final straw came when they said that Elvis Presley would be singing "Auld Lang Syne" at the new years celebrations for nineteen eighty two. Everyone knows that is nonsense. He was working in a petrol station in Manchester for four years then, and his voice was completely shot anyway. Anyway they lingered for a few years more in retirement and they both died in nineteen eighty five.
That was not quite the end of the story however. They did have successors. The mantle of "Talking Cow"was taken on by their grandaughters. They had daughters but the special powers sometimes skip a generation. By this stage Ireland had become part of the European Community, and it was felt in certain circles that the powers of these special beasts were being wasted by keeping them sequestered on a mountain in the fastnesses of West Cork, so they were both brought to Brussells where they were appointed as special advisors to the European Commission, with particular responsibility for E.U enlargement policy.
There they remain to this day. They have a large open plan office on the roof of the E.U headquarters and a special roof garden has been created for their comfort, with a meadow grown from grass seed specially imported from their ancestral field in Ireland. If you try to contact them you will only get through to their secretaries, as they only take calls from people of Prime Minesterial or Head of State Level. There is special voice recognition software on their telephones to make certain that no imposters get put through. This was done because some years ago a french radio presenter managed to get through to one of the cows by posing as President Chirac of France. The somewhat indiscreet comments of the cow on both Prime Minister Blair of Britain, and President George Bush of The United States caused severe embarrassment when broadcast. But I dont need to tell you about that. I'm sure you can all remember the fuss there was when it happened.
That is the latest information that I have on "The Talking Cows Of Brussells". They live very quietly now, and are seldom seen in public, although their influence is very much felt behind the scenes at the European Commission. They can only really be seen when they occasionally occupy the Royal Box at the Opera, which they do by gracious permission of His Majesty King Albert of the Belgians. They only attend Gala openings, and only when no member of the Royal Family is to be Present.

Intuition in Palmistry. Not Wikipedia.

A subject that has occupied many of us who practice as Palmistry Consultants is how far the readings should follow the features on the hand, and what part if any ought to be played by intuition in the developement of the Palmistry Reading. There are those who say that Palmistry is a science and that the lines on a hand, or the colours or shape of a hand determine exactly what conclusions that may be drawn from a reading of the said hand. These people say that every conclusion that can be come to in palmistry must always be backed up absolutely with reference to the particular hand feature that leads one to that conclusion. I'm afraid that I do not find myself absolutely in agreement with this stance. My feeling on the matter is that although the features that can be discerned on the hand, and the overall shape, colour etc of the hand are of very great importance in making a judgement; in fact nobody can claim to be a palmist who is not fully conversant with the condition of the hand; there are times when the element of intuition can play a critical part in the judgement that the Palmistry Expert makes. An overall feel for the client may be recieved based on the condition of the hand and the palmists own somewhat intangible sense of what is the right judgement to make. This is not always backable by reference to specific hand features. This is what I call intuition in Palmistry, and unless a Palmistry Consultant is gifted with this, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of hands, he/she can never hope to succeed.

The talking cows of Kilmagrahy. Not Wikipedia

Once upon a time, when I was but a lad; many years before I became a Palmistry Consultant, I went on a holiday to the south west of Ireland. It really was more of a pilgrimage than a holiday. I was but a lad of nineteen, and at about the age when a lot of young people are full of the notion that the would like to find themselves, and all that semi hippy rubbish that in later more sensible years they look back at with a more than slight cringe. Anyway I got the idea that I would like to get back to my roots in the soil, and spend some time in one of the more remote parts of the country communing with nature in an effort to get in touch with my "inner being".
I got on a train to Cork,( a city in the south of the country) and from there I took a bus that wound into the countryside, and up into the rugged mountains that are a feature of the south west corner of the emerald isle. After about three hours travelling the bus came to a village near the top of a particularly gloomy looking mountain. The bus driver announced that he had come to the end of his journey. I was left with the choice of either journeying back to the city or staying the week in the village, as the bus did not return until the following week. Close to where the bus had stopped there was a building with a sign over the door that said "The Kilmagrahy Inn", with a smaller sign to the side of it that said "rooms available" The result being that I decided to stay for the week in the village near the top of the mountain, for I reasoned that if I wanted to commune with nature I could scarcer find a more convenient location to do it in.
So after waving goodbye to the busdriver I brought my suitcase over to the inn and after the usual salutations with the woman who seemed to run the place I deposited it in the clean, but small bedroom and repaired to the bar downstairs for some much needed food and liquid refreshment. The bar was a small room near the back of the inn, with a low ceiling and a few tables at one side where I assumed the food would be served. Sitting on two stools at the counter were two young men, and in a large armchair near a blazing turf fire was one of the strangest looking old women that it has ever been my lot to look upon. She had a long brown dress that reached to her ankles, and a multi coloured shawl round her shoulders. A bonnet that would not have looked out of place in a mid nineteenth century Dickens story adorned her head. The two men looked at me as if I were an idiot. "What point would there be in people coming all the way here to ask their advice if they couldnt answer?" "Ye can come out to my field in the morning and ye can hear them for Ye're unbelieving heathen self" I considered at that stage that it was best to not doubt either the loquacity or the wisdom of the cows, so after a further few pints of Guinness it was arranged that the two young men would call on me in the morning to convey me for an audience with the bovine oracles. So in the morning after a breakfast of bacon, and eggs that were probably the last production of my previous night's dinner I set out in the company of the two young men to meet the cows. After about a half hours journey on a track that wound round the beetling brow of the mountain we came to a long low cabin with a rather stony field at it's back. Waiting for us at the gate was the old woman from the inn. " Ye Have come then" was all she said to me. "Bridy and Betty are expecting him" she said to my two companions. " They are in the field".
In the field at the back of the cabin I could see two cows lying down and chewing as cows are wont to do. "He must go in alone" the old woman said. My two companions ushered me in the direction of the two cows. I entered the field. I approached the supine beasts They turned upon me eyes that had all the disdain of a queen looking at a dog turd on her shoe . Suddenly one of the cows addressed me. "Now do you believe we can talk" she said. I was too speechless to reply properly, and just stuttered out some garbled form of apology. "Not alone can we talk" she said, "but we can, and we will fortell your future". " You are going to grow up and you are going to travel across the sea to England, to the city of London. There you are going to live, and you are going to become very wealthy by winning a prize in the national lottery". "She's right. She always is", the other cow said. " Now leave us". And they waved their front hooves in a dismissive manner, and proceeded to chew again. Well all I can say is that I staggered down that Mountain a wiser man than I staggered up. When the bus returned the following week I returned to civilisation, and gave up all thought of finding myself, or communing with nature ever again.

An Online Palmistry Expert "lets off steam". Not Wikipedia.

Hi People.
I think today would be more suited to a rant than anything else.
So here goes. I know websites are not supposed to be animate, but I have just spent the last half hour on the stupidest excuse for a website that I have ever come across. I was going to post the link, but that would be a bit cheeky, and I dont want the website owner calling me out for a duel.
I may be a dab hand at the Online Palmistry, but I couldnt fight my way out of a paper bag, so I will just bitch about the website without telling you what it is called.
As an Online Palmistry Consultant exclusively, I have to do a lot of advertising, so when I am not reading hands at

a large amount of my time is spent joining forums, or posting on various classifieds sites. Most of them are a pleasure to use. You just have to compose your ad, click you mouse, and move on to the next one. That is until you come across the "dreaded" confirmation code. You know the type of "Monster" I mean. There is this jUmbLE of letters, or lEttERs and nuMBerS that you have to type in cOrrECtlY to prove to the websiteowner that you are a human being. What a pAiN that is. Most of them are reasonably straight forward. Most of us can tell the difference between capitols and small letters; so a few tries suffice to get it right. But sometimes you come across a right "psychopath" of a code; one where the letters are all in italics, or merged together like they were created by a gorilla on drugs. Anyway this particular website had the mother of all frustrating confirmation codes. No matter how I squinted at it, or how I tried the combination of letters and numbers, it kept asking me to do it again. Now it is my business, as an Online Palmistry Expert, to be able to recognise and interpret accurately the meanings readable on a person's hand, so copying some stupid letters ought not to be beyond me. This website didnt think so. After about forty attempts to get it right I got fed up with reading the "invalid code" message and gave up on the wretched thing. I'm assuming that there was something wrong with the software. The most annoying thing about the whole fruitless episode is that when I attempted to contact the "admin" to complain about the useless code I was faced with another similar one before I could send my message.
The lesson for me is that I should stick to reading hands at my Online Palmistry Website

An Online Palmistry Consultant's "little ways". Not Wikipedia.

It's strange the things that can seem important to people, and the eccentricities that we all have that mark us out as individuals. Some people will never walk under ladders, while others think it is dreadfully common to leave the lid up on the toilet. The spectrum of humanity is full to overflowing with people who think the rest of the human race is either mad, or plebian, or both.

Anyway the result of that "childhood trauma" is that as an adult I have always hated washing up. I will not touch a plate or a spoon until everything has been used. But before you yell that I must have a filthy kitchen, listen to this. I will only have three of each item in my house. That is three plates, three cups, three knives, three forks etc. That way I can fulfill the great primal desire to put off until the last possible moment the dreaded washing up, while not being denied access to my kitchen by a mountain of dirty dishes. It usually happens in the morning. The fact that I am half asleep means that I cope better with what I percieve as the big chore. Anyone that has it in their mind to dine with this particular Online Palmistry Consultant, had better bring their own plates, and bring them home again after.

You are all aware I,m sure of the story of Sleeping Beauty. It is one of the most famous stories that has come down to us, and it is the source for the brilliant ballet by Peter Tchaikovsky, not to speak of innumerable Pantomimes, and other stage performances. You will be familiar with the story of how the beautiful Princess was cursed by a bad fairy, she then got pricked by a poison needle and slept for one hundred years, along with all of the other people in the palace, until a Handsome Prince hacked his way through the jungle that had grown up around the palace; and with one kiss brought her back to life and happiness. What you are less aware of is, that it need not have happened in the first place, that if the Princess, and her family had been only more open minded about the power and efficacy of Palmistry, all could have been avoided.
As an Online Palmistry Consultant/ Custodian of secret histories, I can now lay out for you the truth of the matter.
The story began when the Princess was born. The bit about the bad fairy is essentially correct. The King and Queen, however had not invited any fairies to bestow gifts on the child. They were rationalists, and they believed that all talk of fairies, and things that they could not explain in a strictly scientific manner were absolute rubbish. The story that they had invited the fairies to bless their daughter, is just a tale that got added in over the passage of time, and bears no relation to what really happened, as you will find out if you read on. There was one fairy that got to hear of the birth of the princess, and as bad luck would have it, this particular specimen of fairyhood was the most cantankerous and malevalent off all the brood of "bad" fairies. She had once been thrown out of the palace on the Queen's orders for demanding that an ancient law that offered pensions to all fairies should be implemented in her favour. Her Majesty, like a good rationalist, was convinced that since Fairies could not exist, the law was junk, and the irate pixie was shown the door. This slight festered with the fairy, and when the announcement was made of the birth of a daughter to Their Majesties, she determined on revenge. So during the celebrations for the royal birth she re entered the palace. In front of the whole court she pronounced the curse. " When the Princess grows up She will be pricked by a needle and she will fall into a coma". Then with the traditional peal of demonic laughter she vanished in a puff of smoke. The King and Queen looked at each other and laughed. They were convinced that the whole episode was an illusion brought on by some stale cheese that they had eaten the previous night. After all rationalists dont believe in either fairies or curses.
The Princess grew up to be very beautiful and famous, the Paris Hilton of her day, and she shared the views of her parents about the world. In fact she was every bit as much a sceptic as them. The courtiers, and the servants were more inclined to believe in the curse, so they made sure that no needles were around the palace to prick the Princess. As for the Royal family, they hardly knew what a needle was. They lived in such luxury that they more or less thought that clothes just appeared out of wardrobes.
There was one servant who was a closet Palmistry Consultant, and one day, under the pretext of measuring her for a new pair of gloves, this servant took a sneak look at the Princess's hand. The most noticeable thing about it was that there was an abnormally long lifeline, also that it faded away to almost nothing from around the age of eighteen for about a hundred years. They also set up a post of Royal Palmistry Consultant which is still part of that Royal Court to this day.

I also did a stint at telesales. Now that business has got more cowboys in it than were ever in the old west. Supposing I had got to her before the serpent, Would It have made a difference? Perhaps a glance at the hand of Adam might have shown that he had a line crossing his lifeline from the mount of Mars to his fateline, thus indicating to me that the influence of a relative could have dire consequences for his destiny.

I thought it might be useful to post a more detailed history of Palmistry here, and include a bit about how you can apply it in your life today.

Palmistry, or Cheiromancy is a very popular and accurate way of divining. Leic de Hamon (Louis Hamon, aka Cheiro), the famous nineteenth century palmist was named Cheiro after it. Palmistry The art of Palmistry can be traced back as far as the Stone Ages. Pictures of human hands are frequently found in cave drawings, indicating their special interest in this part of the body. These paintings can be seen in the Lascaux Caves in France, the remarkable Santander caves in Spain and in several caves in Africa. They were drawn by extraordinary indications revealed in the stars. They were ecstatic to find the mark of the wheel on Buddha's hands and feet, indicating his future greatness. Palmists in India still look for this special mark in the palms of babies. Gypsies came into the picture around the eleventh century, though they had been practising palmistry for centuries before. To devotees of conspiracy theories there is none that is more redolent of evil than the stories of The Illuminati. What we are talking about here is an organisation that is said to be all pervasive among the higher echelons of society on this planet, a society of singularly sinister intent which exists solely in order to keep the rest of us in our place and to suborndinate all our efforts in everything to advance their own nefarious goals. There are some among you who doubt that such a grouping really exists. Well I am here to tell you that it does, and to tell you the true story of it's origin. Of course there is a Palmistry connection as well.
Several centuries ago in Ireland there lived Three Little Pigs. They were as attractive and clever a group of the porcine fraternity that you could ever hope to meet. Not exactly Paris Hilton, But handsome nevertheless. They skipped and laughed among the heather from one long day to another, and life was just one great joy. Now this is a curious thing, among the pigs of the Emerald Isle there had long been a tradition of Pig Palmistry. They read the grooves on the base of the trotters like a human Palmistry Consultant would the lines on the palm. If you dont live in Ireland do not expect to see pigs doing this. No matter how much he Huffed, and no matter how much he Puffed he could make no impression on the house of brick. We are told that eventually he resorted to climbing down the chimney. The clever Little Pig had put a huge pot of boiling water on the fire, and the wolf met a horrible, but deserved death. When the pathologist was performing the autopsy on the corpse of the wolf he discovered that the other two pigs were still alive inside him. This would have been the end of the story, with the Three little Pigs living happily ever after, but things took a sinister turn the following week. The third Little Pig, who really was too clever by half, convened a meeting of the family. He proposed that they should found a secret society to advance the welfare of their porcine decendants, and to continue it along their posterity where it exists to the present day. They called the society The Illuminati in honour of the great light which was lit in the fireplace the night the wolf was killed.

A few words About Online Palmistry and health. Not Wikipedia.

One of the things that the Online Palmistry Consultant learns while studying the subject is to detect the signs of underlying health problems by observing the hands of the client. Whether it be Paris Hilton or a more humble person indications about the health and wellbeing can be read from the hand.
It has long been known, by the medical profession that certain indications about a persons physical wellbeing can be deduced from looking at the hands of the patient. As an instance, someone with long bluish nails with small moons is likely to suffer from poor circulation.
Spots on the nails are a sign of nerve disorder, and very short nails, with little or no moons, are an indication of heart trouble.
The colour of the hand can be of importance also. That of the palm is of more importance than the outside of the hand, because there are more nerves in the palm than in any other portion of the hand. The best colour for the palm is a healthy rosy pink colour, too pale and the person is likely to be listless and depressed. If very red then the subject may be over exitable.
A lot of notice is given to the health line. This is the line on the palm that forms a triangle with the head line and the life line. The health line, by my version of Online Palmistry, would be better called "the bad health line". The absolutely best way to have it on your hand is long and clear, and deep. Otherwise it is best if it is not there at all. A broken , or irregular, line is more an indication of health problems than having no health line there at all.
There are many other indications of health that can be looked for by the practicioner of Online Palmistry, but I do not propose to bore you by going into them all here. Suffice it to say, that it is just another useful facet of a fascinating study.

It' a strange thing how history can be altered over the years, and a story, that was accurately known some centuries ago, can become distorted through tampering with the truth. Parts of the story that were really essential to understanding what actually happened get lost, and the tale that comes down to us bears little resemblance to what originally happened.
Such is the history of the late Princess Snow White.
You are all familiar with the "fairy tale" , how the innocent Snow White Had to flee from her wicked stepmother, how she took refuge with the seven dwarves, how the wicked Queen, (disguised as an old woman) tricked the young princess into eating from a poisoned apple; and how she was revived when she was kissed by a handsome prince who just happened to come upon her before she was buried.
Not quite what really happened.
As a custodian of the secret histories, as well as my day job as an Online Palmistry Consultant, I can now here, for the very first time, tell you what really happened.
The Princess Snow White was never as innocent and pure as some believe. She may have been as famous as Paris Hilton, but she lacked that young lady's charm.
She was, in fact one of those rebellious, "know it all" teenagers that have been the bane of parents since the dawn of time. She had been very spoiled by her father, and when she met her new stepmother for the first time she developed an immediate antipathy towards her. Among the many malicious things the spoilt princess used to do was to put pepper in her stepmothers snuff box. Another thing she once did was to put a hive of wild bees into her fathers bed, just so she could spoil the honeymoon. So, you see, "Little Miss Perfect" she most definitely was not.
Now to get to the Palmistry bit.
There was no "Magic Mirror"
There was a wandering Palmistry Expert that came to the castle one day.
He saw the King's new bride weeping in the garden, as she tried to pluck the bee stings out of her agonising flesh. The first thing he noticed was that there was a strong line bisecting her life line. This told him that there was a lot of interference in her life from a difficult family member.

The entire castle heaved a sigh of relief.
The bit about the dwarves is correct. They were medieval communists and the princess went to live with them because she hoped, in this way, to embarass her father and stepmother.
There was no handsome prince. She did choke on an apple however. It was one that she greedily tried to swallow in a hurry rather than share it with the smallest dwarf. The fruit stuck in her windpipe and she choked to death. "Good Riddance" say I.
The Dwarves went on to mount a communist coup that overthrew the Royal Family.
As is the way with revolutionaries, in order to smear the previous regime, they invented the story about the innocent princess and the wicked stepmother. It is just fortunate that I, as an Online Palmistry Consultant/ Secret Historian can set the record straight now.

A true story about Palmistry. Not Wikipedia.

In the days before the advent of Paris Hilton one of the great celebrities was the famous Palmistry Consultant "Cheiro".
The following is true, and actually happened.
"Cheiro" was often tested by the media, who would send him prints of the hands of various people to see how he would interpret them. Once he received a set of handprints that were disquieting, to say the least.
They looked normal at first glance, but the head line suddenly sloped upwards and took complete possession of the heart line.
Using his undoubtedly great skills in Palmistry "Cheiro" concluded that he was looking at the hand of a man who had started life normally, like any other; but that greed eventually would overcome his better qualities, and around his mid forties he would be convicted of murder. He would spend the rest of a long life life in jail.
The newspaper man, that had sent him the prints, confirmed that the interpretation was true in every respect, except that the man was not expecting to spend many years in jail, as he was due to go to the electric chair the following week. This man was a notorious murderer by the name of Doctor Meyer, and it was a sensational case in America around the beginning of the twentieth century.
Anyway, the night before he was to be executed he got a reprieve from the State Govenor, and he did live for another twenty years in prison.
The reason I am telling you this story, is to show that in Palmistry the lines dont lie, and that to a good Online Palmistry Consultant there are few secrets.
